Job Title:

Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Holy Cross. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in residents' rooms and common areas
• Tidy and organize lounges, dining areas, offices, and storage areas
• Remove rubbish safely and restock bathroom supplies daily
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures to keep residents safe
• Demonstrate pride in your household by doing what is needed

The typical working hours for this role will involve cleaning duties from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 7:00 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Laundry duties will involve collecting, washing, folding, and distributing residents' clothing and personal laundry.
