We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Specialist to join our team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our Credit division, you will play a critical role in supporting the business objectives of our Agribusiness division.
Key Responsibilities- Verify property details and analyze comparable sales evidence to inform market analysis and property value appraisals.
- Collaborate with our Agribusiness Relationship Managers to provide accurate property appraisals, ensuring timely and informed credit submissions.
- Work closely with our Property Risk team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property valuations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including internal customers and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform our business decisions.
- Certified Practising Valuer status (essential)
- Associate or Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API), or RICS equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong computer skills, including database, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
- Integrity, tact, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Sound negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
