We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at SLAM Strategy, where you will have the opportunity to drive e-commerce success across Australia. If you have a proven track record of designing high-performance ads and user experiences that deliver exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our clients, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time role available, offering a remote work opportunity with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. The salary for this position is AUD $20 per hour, making it an attractive option for those looking to capitalize on their creative skills in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design eye-catching image ads and edit engaging video ads for various e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilize top image and video editing software to produce high-quality content.
  • Optimize designs for maximum conversion rates and ROAS.
  • Conduct website conversion optimization (CRO) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align designs with client goals and brand guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in e-commerce and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in top image editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Sketch, and GIMP.
  • Expertise in video editing software, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, and iMovie.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce design work and ROAS-driven content.
  • Experience in website conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and report creation.
  • Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices for e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Understanding of e-commerce metrics and ability to design for improved ROAS.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills

In addition to the above requirements, having knowledge of heat mapping and user behaviour analysis tools, experience with animation and motion graphics, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento will be beneficial in this role.
