Financial Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Stockland Rockhampton Branch as a Financial Services Leader. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and implement staff development plans through various avenues of training and learning and development processes.
- Build relationships with customers through meaningful conversations and lead by example.
- Drive team morale, resolve conflicts, form solid teams, and make difficult decisions when necessary.
- Promote and expand Auswide Bank's community profile by contributing creative marketing ideas and strategies in conjunction with the Area Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience leading a service-driven team within the financial services sector.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- A passion for understanding customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience motivating a team with a focus on interpersonal skills.
- (4) weeks annual leave plus (1) Wellness Day per quarter for eligible staff.
- (2) Special Volunteer paid days per year for eligible staff who wish to volunteer and support the community.
