Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, mitigate risks, and drive commercial outcomes through effective contract administration and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for major projects.
  • Maintain adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and client specifications.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to resolve contractual disputes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation of contract changes, claims, and variations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior contract administrators.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, construction management, or a related field are highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or commercial sectors is required.
  • A strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project delivery frameworks is essential.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
