We are seeking a talented Medical Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in NSW South. As a Hospital/Specialist Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with leading healthcare professionals in the fields of Dermatology, Endocrinology, and Nephrology.

Your primary focus will be to maximize sales growth across your territory by implementing strategic initiatives and engaging with healthcare professionals. This includes building strong relationships with specialists, securing formulary listings for our PBS-listed products, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve optimal results.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be responsible for cultivating partnerships, driving business development, and meeting/exceeding KPIs. If you have a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, a strong account management mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Maximize product sales across your territory through strategic initiatives and engagement with healthcare professionals.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Build strong relationships with specialists to provide value through education and support.
  • Secure Formulary Listings: Achieve formulary listings for our PBS-listed products in hospital accounts.
  • Collaborate for Success: Develop and adapt territory and account plans with key stakeholders for optimal results.
  • Meet and Exceed KPIs: Consistently achieve customer and territory KPIs, documenting interactions in the CRM.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong sales background, with experience in Hospital/Specialty sales preferred. You should also have a deep understanding of the NSW Hospital Tender and formulary processes, as well as a valid driver's license and residency in Australia.
