The role offers a structured learning program, mentorship, and career coaching. Graduates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, contribute to strategic goals, conduct analysis and research projects, and assist with project and program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a 10-month APS Graduate Development Learning Program.
  • Mentorship and career coaching from experienced professionals.
  • Work on diverse projects and activities within different business areas.
Requirements:

Candidates should have a strong foundation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics disciplines. Relevant qualifications and skills include:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
