Trainee Community Workers (Aged Care)

Job Overview

Our organization is seeking new team members to join our local team in the region. As a Trainee Community Worker, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their homes and supporting them with various services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
  • Support clients with domestic assistance, shopping trips, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and social activities.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and provide empathetic support during visits.
Requirements
  • A great attitude and reliability.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Current NSW driver's licence.
  • Reliable, registered vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.
  • Regular availability.
