Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

- Manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to translate complex delivery problems and issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
- Utilize business and data analysis skills to inform project decisions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering projects in a dynamic team environment.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, such as Project Management, Computer Science, or Commerce.
- Strong knowledge of business and data analysis, with experience in analyzing business requirements and processing projects.
- Project delivery experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to develop detailed business requirements and process changes, manage multiple initiatives, and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of analytical and problem-solving capability, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
