Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Assistant to join our team at Motion Asia Pacific. As a key player in our efforts to provide essential services to our clients, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations of the branch while managing internal sales activities.
This role combines sales and management duties to optimize branch performance and achieve sales targets. You will be a key player in our efforts to provide essential services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, quotations, and customer inquiries and product support promptly and accurately.
- Assist in managing daily branch operations, including inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing any discrepancies.
- Support the branch manager in leading, training, and motivating staff.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and assist with pick/pack duties when required.
