Job Opportunity: Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team for a fixed period. Reporting to the Director of Legal, you will be a trusted advisor and provide high-quality legal advice on various matters.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Capital Transactions: Provide expert legal guidance on capital transactions, market processes, development activities, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
  • Transaction Development: Develop and structure transactions, educate project teams and stakeholders on legal aspects, manage external lawyers and probity advisors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations in the property and construction industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in law and admission in New South Wales is essential.
  • Substantial Experience: Substantial experience in property and/or construction law, drafting and negotiating complex property and project documentation.
  • Communication Skills: High-level written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
