Key Responsibilities:- Create dynamic Webflow builds based on wireframes and brand guidelines.
- Design scalable CMS architectures, components, and interactions.
- Collaborate with UX designers and marketers in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Ship, test, and iterate for optimal performance, device optimization, accessibility, and SEO basics.
- Maintain and update existing sites (landing pages, content, campaigns).
- 1–2 years of experience with Webflow (portfolio required).
- Agency or fast-paced environment experience.
- A UX mindset – focus on flows, hierarchy, and conversion.
- Familiarity with Figma and modern tooling.
- Bonus points for: SEO fundamentals, basic HTML/CSS/JS, Finsweet Attributes, integrations, HubSpot, GA4/Tag Manager, or design skills for micro-interactions.
- Build for ambitious brands across web, brand, and campaigns.
- Learn from a supportive team (real mentorship, real growth).
