About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Governance Manager to join our team at Macquarie Bank Limited. As a key member of our Investment Governance team, you will be responsible for leading due diligence assessments across a range of products for potential onboarding to our Wrap platform.

Your expertise in investment governance, financial markets, and client outcomes will enable you to effectively lead our Investment Analysts through the due diligence process, including operational due diligence and risk analysis. You will also be responsible for monitoring investment outcomes for our members and assisting in the execution of change initiatives, including legislative or regulatory guidance.

As a senior leader, you will create and present reports at Board and Investment Committee meetings, showcasing your exceptional communication and presentation skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, the ability to work with and lead a team, and experience in investment governance and/or investment-related decision-making. CFA qualification is highly desirable.
