Job Summary
">We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team. This is a key role responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies and operating models for MNEs and startups.
You will provide commercial advice to medium/large established companies on new or existing transactions, as well as support outbound planning and global value chain/business transformations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing projects, collaborating with clients and other service lines locally and internationally
- Conducting benchmarking analysis and developing financial models
- Reviewing legal agreements from a transfer pricing perspective, collaborating with international networks, and assisting clients with risk reviews and disputes
Requirements:
- Desire to work on diverse client projects and industries
- Transfer pricing experience within professional services or client-side
- Deep understanding of the global OECD Transfer Pricing framework, Australian legislation, and administrative guidance
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA certification
