Lighthouse Model of Care Evaluation Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the project coordination of a 3-year proof-of-concept study evidencing Lighthouse Foundation's Model of Care within our kinship care program, Family Support.
This role involves leading project meetings, qualitative and quantitative data preparation and analysis, and report production. The successful candidate will also engage young people, Carers, and staff to support program evaluation.
About This RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in research methods, data collection, and analysis to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong computer literacy skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Lead the project coordination of a proof-of-concept study.
- Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Report Production: Produce reports on project findings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage young people, Carers, and staff to support program evaluation.
- Proven Experience: Proven ability and experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
- Computer Literacy: High computer literacy with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Research Skills: Experience in research methods, data collection, and analysis (qualitative and quantitative).
- Report Writing: Experience in report writing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and liaise with various teams across the organisation.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines, and have a high attention to detail.
- Motivation: Highly motivated with initiative and capacity to work independently.
- Professional Development: Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
