Protecting Financial Security: A Senior Architect Role

As a seasoned security architect, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding Macquarie's retail banking and financial services operations.

Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic security advice and design robust security architectures for business initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define security strategies and implement secure solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical design and architecture roles, with at least 7 years in large enterprise security environments.
  • Expertise in configuring, operating, designing, and architecting security solutions, including familiarity with logical and physical security design principles.
  • Experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in security engineering, API security, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, automation, and application development.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and industry trends.
