Job Description

  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Delivering household goods to customers in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Operating machinery and vehicles in accordance with OHS policies, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Communicating with the office to provide updates on orders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Focusing on customer excellence, providing a great customer experience and building strong relationships with customers

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in warehousing and distribution, with a focus on customer service and teamwork
  • Valid driver's license, MR/HR and forklift certification preferred
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting up to 30kgs, with a focus on safety and well-being
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Full Australian working rights, with a focus on career development and progression
  • Experience in furniture handling or similar roles is a bonus, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
