About the Role:

At Bunnings, we're seeking a PART-TIME Inventory Expert to join our Hoxton Park Warehouse team. As an Inventory Expert, you'll support the team in maintaining and achieving inventory accuracy across the store. You'll work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the broader store team to provide guidance on good inventory accuracy.
  • Support the store leadership team in trouble shooting and decision making to ensure good stock control.
  • Engage and network with Suppliers and Vendors across all departments.
  • Embrace policy and procedure, and use various technology and systems throughout the warehouse.
  • Provide great customer experience while distributing or stocking merchandise.

What We're Looking For:

We're on the lookout for team members who have an eye for detail and previous experience in inventory or warehousing. An interest or understanding of central systems that facilitate stock accuracy would be beneficial. You'll be keen to learn and grow your skills, and always looking for areas of improvement in processes and procedures.

  • A strong attention to detail across all departments.
  • The ability to set priorities and utilize time effectively.
  • To take ownership of all customer, supplier and vendor interactions, and deliver a best experience.
  • To act with integrity and communicate feedback through the appropriate channels.
  • To be eager to learn, understand and communicate correct policy and procedure, and utilize technology.
