Position Overview

This position serves as a vital link between the PFD Food Services Category Management and Supply Chain Management teams and the production units, ensuring the effective scheduling and delivery of products. The individual in this role will be responsible for fostering a collaborative relationship among internal and external partners, aiming for the most economical production of finished goods.

While having prior experience in the FMCG sector is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. This role is particularly suitable for candidates with a background in high-volume planning, including those with experience in transportation, logistics, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with PFD Food Services Category Management and Supply Chain Management teams.
  • Transform Demand & Supply Plans into Customized Order Plans.
  • Proactively oversee and monitor oversell and undersell situations during promotions.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels throughout the supply chain, from start to finish.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators, including Delivery in Full and on Time (DIFOT) and Outbound Service Levels (OBSL) data integrity.
  • Provide production teams with delivery schedules aligned with sales forecasts. (Demand Planning).

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a replenishment or inventory management role.
  • Familiarity with demand and supply chain systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities.
  • A proactive, positive mindset and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with MFG Pro is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and prioritize effectively.
