About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business results.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for setting high standards in all areas of the restaurant, including customer experience, workplace culture, and financial performance.

You will lead a talented team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences, ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
  • Model values and culture, promoting exceptional customer service and teamwork
  • Ensure great-tasting, high-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
  • Listen to customer feedback and work to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Identify talent, interview, and hire new team members
  • Induct and onboard new team members
  • Train, develop, and cross-train front-of-house team members
  • Manage staff performance reviews and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee staff rostering, shift changes, and team meetings
  • Order stock from suppliers and manage office administration duties
  • Maintain safety and security standards, training employees in Workplace Health and Safety

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • A positive, happy personality to build on our great workplace culture
  • An engaged and energetic team player, celebrating shared success and willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers and colleagues
  • Professional appearance and ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer levels
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Accurate execution of office administration tasks and duties
  • Previous Fast Food experience highly regarded
