HammondCare is an independent Christian charity specialising in dementia care, palliative care, and rehabilitation, specialist mental health for older people and other health and aged services.

As a Volunteer at HammondCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

We are looking for volunteers who can assist with walking exercises and provide companionship to our residents.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Assisting residents with mobility issues in walking around the facility grounds
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
