Occupational Therapy Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will work with individuals to help them regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing excellent customer care and making a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role
  • Conduct assessments of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce, addressing Return to Work (RTW) barriers.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Willingsness to travel and possess a current vehicle and driver's licence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a determination to provide high-level customer service.
