The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of small business operations, including cash flow and viability, and the ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate participants in this program.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can develop and maintain client relationships, work in an autonomous environment with an emphasis on high-level customer service, and possess highly developed interpersonal skills. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) and/or Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business (BSB40320) would be desirable but not essential.

  • Mentor and develop participants to achieve successful small business outcomes
  • Coordinate and conduct training in various Skills Sets and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business with selected applicants
  • Assist with the development of business plans and financial tables

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with participants to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to help participants overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting participants

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of small business operations, including cash flow and viability
  • Ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate participants in this program
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Able to work in an autonomous environment with an emphasis on high-level customer service

Desirable qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business (BSB40320)
