The Operator Traineeship is a 12-month program designed for new-to-industry professionals. It provides hands-on training and mentorship to help individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the mining industry.
About the Program:
- This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.
- Applicants must hold a current open driver's licence.
- Successful applicants will undergo industry-leading training and participate in a comprehensive New-to-Industry Program.
Key Requirements:
- A strong desire for a mining career
- 18 years or older
- Possession of a valid driver's license
