Change Enablement Specialist

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating change enablement activities across the end-to-end service environment.

  • Act on behalf of the customer for change enablement related matters.
  • Manage the awareness and management of the change enablement framework and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and chair forums and working groups to ensure activities are in alignment with best practice change enablement frameworks.

  • Act as the single point of contact for change enablement communications, across an array of recipients.

Monitor and govern end-to-end change enablement successfully.

Develop and implement processes that improve change enablement.

Proven track record of delivering results-oriented initiatives focused on end-user experience within ITSM services and support.
