We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team based in Somersby NSW 2250. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, time and attendance system management, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for 130 employees across 4 entities on a weekly basis
  • Manage time and attendance system for award interpretation
  • Perform manual processing and data entry into Excel and system
  • Onboard new employees and update employment records
  • Process termination requests and payments
  • Update personal leave entitlements and masterfile details
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll
  • Experience working in a standalone role
  • Ability to interpret awards and new legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Benefits:
  • Permanent full-time position
  • $85,000 - $90,000 + Super (based on experience and skill set)
  • Onsite parking provided
  • Central Coast location
