Homecare Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our community. This includes resident apartments, common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and main entryways.

• Provide general housekeeping services, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning.
• Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, and ensure adequate linen supplies in each apartment.
• Turn mattresses (with assistance) as necessary and empty waste baskets.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments as needed, focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
• Launder all linens by washing and drying in the laundry facilities provided.
• Follow established sanitation and safety procedures.

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
