Lead Tutor

We are seeking a Lead Tutor to join our team of passionate and caring educators. As a leading provider of school tutoring services, we aim to improve students' marks and provide a market-leading experience.

The successful candidate will be an undergraduate or graduate with a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to teach subjects such as maths, English, and science. Prior tutoring experience is desirable but not essential.

The role involves working with students from primary to high school levels, providing one-on-one tuition and small group sessions. You will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans, assessing student progress, and reporting back to parents/guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and report back to parents/guardians
  • Provide individualised support to students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
  • Continuously evaluate and improve tutoring programs

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to teach maths, English, and/or science
  • Prior tutoring experience (desirable)
  • Good organisational and time management skills
