Service Advisor Role

The Service Advisor is a key member of our automotive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer needs and providing exceptional satisfaction.

  • Evaluate customer needs to provide exceptional service experience.
  • Support customers through the repair and servicing process, ensuring all work is completed according to guidelines.
  • Pay close attention to detail in order to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient repair processes within quoted costs.

This role involves delivering results while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Other responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments via EFTPOS machine or phone, handling warranty claims, and supporting customer care initiatives at the dealer level.

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual with excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a friendly outgoing personality. This person must also be able to work independently as part of a team.
