Job Title: Production Estimating Manager

The Production Estimating Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization, working closely with the estimating team and operations manager. This position is part of the production estimating workflow and requires strong leadership skills to manage the production estimating process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing estimating workflow, timeframes, and cost control
  • Executing continuous improvement of the estimating process and structure to suit business needs
  • Working collaboratively cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver business outcomes
  • Preparing and monitoring daily reports to ensure key measurables, KPIs, and objectives are met
  • Managing department workflow requirements
  • Ensuring accuracy of contract documentation, purchase orders, specifications, and inclusions against contract obligations

This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven ability to mentor and coach individuals to improve team performance.

  • A sound knowledge and working history within the residential housing industry, including Australian Standards and Building Code Australia
