Customer Service Agent Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders to their homes in our iconic Coles vans. You will safely navigate your local neighbourhoods and help with picking and packing orders to the highest standard.

• You will work with enthusiasm, energy and pace to provide great customer experiences.
• Hold an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and have a safe driving record.
• Safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas.
• Be active as you will be on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points (there could be stairs).
• Work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

• A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
