About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Altona. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Monitor and report on children's progress and development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check
