Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Gorman. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, inspiring our team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and store layouts to drive sales and engagement
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion retail industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
