Colliers Workplace Management Services is seeking a skilled part-time candidate to fill the position of CORPORATE CONCIERGE.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a sense of community and connection within the workplace. This involves delivering exceptional service to clients and occupants, ensuring seamless interactions and memorable experiences.

The successful candidate will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors and occupants, championing the client's brand and culture. They will also be responsible for upholding operational excellence for workplace experiences, fostering a 'happy to help' atmosphere across all Workplace Services touch points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the arrival experience, creating enjoyable and memorable interactions driven by our client's brand and culture.
  • Uphold operational excellence for workplace experiences, fostering a 'happy to help' atmosphere across all Workplace Services touch points.
  • Administer the client floor including meeting rooms, AV facilities, break-out areas, and internal events with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the workplace to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, specialising in customer-centric events.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments, working with autonomy, independence, and initiative.
  • Results-oriented with effective communication skills and impeccable organisation, paying attention to detail.
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding sometimes priorities change.
  • Experienced in discernment to recognise when a situation requires guidance or collaboration to achieve collective success.
