Customer Care Coordinator

This is a dynamic role in a collaborative environment, ideal for those who excel in providing exceptional customer service and support.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing daily tasks, processing orders and returns, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting the warehouse team with pick and pack operations.

A key focus of this position is to ensure seamless communication between teams and departments, promoting efficient workflow and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill and dispatch online and wholesale orders;
  • Ensure order addresses and labels are accurate and correctly printed;
  • Prepare documents and manifests for order dispatch, including Australia Post, Star Track, and DHL;
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in inventory management, including stock receipt, storage, and distribution;
  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile data with Trade Gecko Inventory Management, Shopify, and Shopify POS systems;
  • Support operational policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Participate as a valued member of the warehouse team, receiving constructive feedback and training opportunities;
  • Liaise with clients, external suppliers, and transport companies;
  • Escalate major issues to the General Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Highly organized and able to store items efficiently;
  • Able to work in a team environment;
  • Must follow all health and safety procedures and regulations;
  • Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of inventory;
  • Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations;
  • Technical and IT skills, including proficiency in inventory software and databases;
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
