Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement behaviour support plans that promote positive outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals to provide comprehensive support services.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for behaviour support interventions.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to empower individuals and drive progress.
- Uphold NDIS standards and foster trust and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in behaviour support intervention and development of behaviour support plans.
- Experience working within and adhering to NDIS behaviour support frameworks, practice standards, and quality indicators.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Ability to provide a service based on a client's NDIS goals and funding allocation.
- Current NSW drivers' license and willingness to travel to clients and work flexibly.
