About the Role:

As a lead, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the team to ensure shifts move smoothly and constructively
  2. Maintaining rosters and run sheets to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency
  3. Collaborating with the food and beverage manager to optimize workflow and performance
  4. Providing leadership and direction to the team to ensure exceptional customer service
  5. Creating and managing team rosters to ensure adequate coverage and proficiency
  6. Building genuine relationships with members and guests
  7. Coordinating restaurant bookings and functions
  8. Serving as the essential communication link between the kitchen, front of house team, and customers
  9. Responding appropriately to customer feedback and enquiries

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum two years' experience managing a restaurant, in leadership or equivalent
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A flexible and adaptable nature, as split shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays will be required
  • A friendly, energetic, and upbeat personality
  • Current RSA and RCG (must be willing to obtain if you do not yet have one)
