**Job Opportunity:**

We are looking for an experienced Mixologist and Beverage Specialist to join our team at a newly renovated venue.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the venue, and preparing and serving a wide range of beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine knowledge, and coffee.
  • Supporting training and development of the wider team.
  • Engaging warmly with customers to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
  • Assisting with TAB and Keno operations as needed.
  • Providing exceptional service in the bar and across the venue, including support in food service areas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and surrounding areas.
  • Supporting your team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
  • Food and table service duties as required.
