SAP Technical Development Specialist

The successful candidate will embark on a transformative journey into the realm of IT and Consulting, where they will have the opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic environment that values collaboration, employee well-being, and continuous learning.
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you'll receive personalized coaching and support whilst upskilling in ERP solution design, system configuration, and Supply Chain Planning business processes.
This position is ideal for those seeking a career path in SAP technical development with the potential to transition into a functional consultant role. While exposure to SAP is beneficial, we're looking for talented individuals who are analytically inclined and have a keen interest in the supply chain industry.
- Take ownership of specific tasks under the guidance of a mentor, developing skills and expertise along the way.
- Provide advice on own area of subject matter expertise to a low complexity, applying knowledge and experience to drive results.
- Develop a deep understanding of different project methodologies and business processes, staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Contribute to workshops, requirement gathering sessions, or other project-related work as appropriate, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
We're seeking candidates who possess the ability to effectively grasp the necessary technical skills required for this role.
- Ability to gather and analyze complex information, articulating findings to an excellent standard.
- Results orientation, flexibility, enthusiasm, and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to take ownership for independent learning and continuous personal and professional development.
While not essential, 1-2 years' industry experience and practical understanding of at least one programming language, ideally ABAP, would be advantageous.
