Key responsibilities include analyzing feedback from streamers and users on gift animations, using metrics like sales and retention to develop strategies that drive engagement and improve gift sales.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital content strategy, visual media, production, or related fields
  • Strong aesthetic sense and experience managing the full production process of media projects
  • Hands-on experience with LIVE streaming, either as a streamer or a user
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
