This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including free parking and support from our onsite Quality & Risk Team and national network.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the end-to-end process of patient-related feedback and complaints, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, projects, and activities to maintain patient safety, accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and patient experience.
- Participate in all accreditation processes, including data collection, collation, and analysis, and assist with embedding quality improvement programs and promoting risk management.
- Actively participate in case review investigations and provide recommendations for quality improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong understanding of NSQHS and LARU licensing standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders and consumers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with sound computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- AHPRA registration (essential).
