About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team at Insight Enterprises, Inc. in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for you to bring your expertise in cloud security and modern work solutions to a leading Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will act as the lead for technical streams within projects, overseeing multiple technical streams on larger engagements.
  • You will contribute to the development of intellectual property in the Modern Work and Security domain, enhancing our expertise and capabilities.
  • You will participate in design workshops to capture design decisions based on customer requirements, producing high-quality design, as-built, and handover documentation.
  • You will deliver solutions against pre-agreed specifications and designs, working autonomously to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • You must have substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment, with a strong focus on cloud security and modern work solutions.
  • You should be experienced with Identity and Access Management in Entra, Entra Domain Services, Entra Connect, SAML, OpenID Connect/OAuth, Azure AD App Proxy, SCIM.
  • You should be familiar with Microsoft traditional technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PKI.
  • You should have experience with Purview: Azure Information Protection, Office 365, and Endpoint Data Loss Prevention, Cloud App Security.
  • You should be knowledgeable about M365 migration and consolidation projects, including EOL, SPO, OneDrive, Teams, Teams chats, and experience with Power BI and Power App migrations will be highly regarded.
  • You should have experience with migration toolsets from vendors such as AvePoint, Quest, and BitTitan.
  • You should be experienced with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security for Microsoft Windows, including Intune, Configuration Manager, Co-Management, Hybrid-join, Autopilot, Conditional Access baseline security policies.
  • You should be familiar with query and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Kusto.
  • You should have relevant Associate MS Certifications in M365, Identity & Security, Azure, and Expert Level will be highly regarded.
  • You should demonstrate project delivery, autonomy, and time management skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
