Academic Guidance Specialist

The primary function of this role is to provide academic guidance and support to students. This involves fostering a collaborative environment where students feel comfortable seeking advice on academic achievement, career development, and personal growth.

This position requires a master's degree in school counseling or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse student populations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized guidance and counseling services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to promote student success
  • Develop and implement academic programs and initiatives to support student achievement
