Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, reporting any changes in their condition to the care team.
- Encourage and facilitate clients' participation in community activities and programs, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge in aged care.
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care
- National Police check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- A minimum 6 months experience in an Aged Care Facility
- NDIS workers screening
- Current Flu and Covid Vaccinations
- Working right
- Fantastic agency pay rates
