We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at the Bowen Campus of the Edmund Rice Education Australia Flexible Schools Ltd. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to our students, who have disengaged from mainstream schooling.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to the Edmund Rice Education Australia values and a passion for working with young people. You will be responsible for developing and implementing learning choices that support the individual learning plans of each student, as well as participating in program provision to ensure wellbeing in an inclusive learning environment.

About You
  • Current QCT Registration (Primary or Secondary)
  • Ability to work autonomously and in an integrated manner as a member of a small multi-disciplinary team
  • Commitment to participate in critical reflection around working together under four principles of operation: Respect, Safe and Legal, Honesty and Participation
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of working within QCAA/QCEC/EREA requirements, accountabilities and processes
  • Current Queensland Driver's Licence
