Network Security Architect

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you will be responsible for managing the security posture of our network infrastructure. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in customer-facing support and technical knowledge across a range of technologies, including Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive customer support services and security platform/technology administration
- Manage capacity, investigate and analyze faults, specializing in core network, wireless, load balancing, and network/application security technologies
- Ensure timely updates and prioritize faults according to service level agreements (SLAs)
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience with practical hands-on experience in lifecycle managing, supporting, and troubleshooting core network, wireless, and network/application security technologies
- Proven experience with Palo Alto or Juniper route and switch technologies, Cisco security products, and load balancing technology (F5 or NetScaler)
- Relevant current industry certifications (Juniper, Palo Alto, PCNSE) and experience using Service Now, SolarWinds, and Nagios
