Emergency Department Nurse

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the development of children's health and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and post-graduate qualifications or experience in emergency nursing or a related field.
You will be required to act as a role model by demonstrating behaviour and interacting with patients, their families, and employees in a way that promotes a culture and standards that reflect the NSW Health CORE values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Post-graduate qualifications or experience in emergency nursing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and open communication.
