About the Role

We're seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families in Ballarat and surrounding areas. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position that requires availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.

Your Everyday

As a Key Worker at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. You'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centres. You'll collaborate with experts in the field, including Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists, to support children with disabilities and their families.

Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for individuals who resonate with our values and can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment. To work as a Key Worker, you'll have a relevant tertiary qualification and registration. You'll also need a minimum of 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families, demonstrated experience working with children with disability, and a positive and flexible approach to work.
