Horizontal Festival Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our Horizontal Festival team. As a casual staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the festival.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by serving premium wine, beer, and spirits to guests.
  • Support behind-the-scenes hospitality for platinum offer and Masterclass chefs, including delivering excellent food and beverage experiences.
  • Contribute to setting up festival experiences, moving heavy furniture and boxes, hanging signs and artwork, and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Manage and deliver guest wine orders during the festival weekend, handling multiple deliveries efficiently.
Requirements:

Must possess RSA certification and/or Food Handler certification.
