Medical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Territory Representative. This role will involve promoting our client’s market-leading portfolio to General Practitioners across the Central Coast territory, increasing product sales and driving market share while collaborating with the territory team to achieve collective success.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct educational activities and meet sales call requirements, ensuring a strong understanding of the therapeutic area, products, and market trends.
- Organise and host events such as dinner presentations and luncheons to engage with healthcare professionals and promote our portfolio.
- Become an expert in the therapeutic area, product, and market, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical information.
- Create proactive territory business plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, fostering trust and establishing ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry.
- Maintain a high level of clinical and professional expertise, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Medicine, or Business, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
- Proven Pharmaceuticals sales experience or strong Commercial & Clinical acumen, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Previous Sales experience, required for first-time entrants into Pharmaceuticals, showcasing a proven track record of success.
- Field sales/territory management experience, allowing you to navigate complex sales environments with ease.
- Superior communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with stakeholders and convey complex ideas.
- Able to work autonomously & collaboratively, balancing individual initiative with teamwork and collaboration.
- Full drivers license, facilitating travel and access to various locations.
